Transportation Analysis
The first step in designing a service plan for our clients is to analyze the system in place. We start by asking you for 3 months of your current bills to make and analysis. If these 3 months are not your busiest time, then we need 3 months of bills from months that have heavy shipping and receiving. Using your busiest three-month billing history, we will identify your shipping needs, discounts currently in place with Carriers, freight classifications used, and ancillary information about your company that will help us set up a cost-effective plan to begin saving you money. The TMC Transportation Analysis includes:

Upon completion of the TMC Transportation Analysis, we will provide you with a written service plan that targets the areas to be improved in your current system, as well as provides recommendations for system changes that will permanently ensure future cost effectiveness and reduction of errors.
